Full Description

The Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Ethics at Kennesaw State University is a 15-hour graduate study program designed to prepare students for ethical leadership in a variety of ways. It offers a unique opportunity for graduate students to explore the interface and interdependence of leadership and ethics.

The Siegel Institute's Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Ethics is the ONLY master's degree level program of its kind in the southeastern United States.

This program develops ethically sound leaders who embrace a global perspective, develop people and teams, steward societal resources, understand organizational strategy, and lead with integrity.

The program includes rich learning experiences for students who, upon completion of the program, will demonstrate an increasing capacity to:

  1. develop a team approach to problem solving

  2. create and sustain an ethical culture through collaborative processes

  3. provide human resource development opportunities in a global context

  4. demonstrate leadership, decision-making, and change management skills

  5. improve the quality of ethical leadership through application of strong theoretical and practice foundations

Other cost considerations:
    Average cost of course materials: Varies by course and program. Electronic rate of $1149 is the average cost per 3 credit hour online graduate course. Associated fees of $355 per semester for online only students. The Student Services Fees and Parking Permit Fees will be waived for any student taking all online courses, regardless of the discipline. The Institutional ($300) and Technology Fees ($55) are mandatory for all students and are not waived.

Credit Transfer Policy

Graduate courses taken at another accredited institution must be evaluated and approved by the Admissions Committee of the program you are wishing to enter. It is at the department's discretion to accept credits taken from a previous institution.

General Transfer Information: When a transfer student is fully accepted to Kennesaw State University, the Office of Admissions notifies the Office of the Registrar that a transcript has been received. Transcripts are evaluated in the order they are received from the Office of Admissions and are completed within 4-6 weeks. Once completed, an email confirmation of transfer evaluation is forwarded to the student and transfer credits may be viewed on the Owl Express transcript. For further information:
