Program Description

Today's businesses and organizations require professionals in adult education who can easily adapt to a moving, shifting landscape. Graduates of the Master of Education in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development (LLOD) program, offered through the University of Georgia College of Education, use their deep knowledge and skills to lead learning and change to help individuals, teams, and organizations maximize their potential across multiple disciplines.

What makes our program unique is the curriculum that gives you, as a student, depth of knowledge in your chosen discipline as well as a deeper understanding of the systems within your organization. At the same time, you will receive training that crosses boundaries in broad areas such as interpersonal and organizational skills, teamwork, communication and critical thinking for an overall mastery of adult education.

Admissions Information

Students applying to The University of Georgia must be accepted by the Graduate School. Persons holding a bachelor's degree from any institution accredited by the proper regional accrediting association are eligible to apply for admission to the Graduate School.
