Associate of Science, Homeland Security and Emergency Management Pathway

Georgia State University Perimeter College offers an Associate of Science degree with focus on Homeland Security and Emergency Management where students receive an introduction to the fields of homeland security and emergency management. Perimeter College is the major provider of associate degrees and student transfer opportunities in Georgia and a gateway to higher education, easing students' entry into college-level study.

A note on pathways: A pathway is an advising guide to help students prepare for their intended bachelor's degree major. By following the course of study outlined in the appropriate Associate of Arts or Associate of Science pathway, students will have the necessary prerequisite courses to continue in their chosen disciplines. A pathway is not a major and will not be represented on the diploma.

Some courses may require proctored exam(s). Exams will be delivered at a Georgia State university Perimeter College campus. Alternatively, students may schedule with an offsite proctor. Some proctoring services will require additional fees.
