The endorsement program is only valid for Georgia educators who have or will have a professional certificate at the bachelor's or higher certification level in any teaching field.

It is possible to add a Reading Endorsement to any teaching certificate in Georgia. All courses for the Reading Endorsement must have been completed after July 1, 2000 when the endorsement went into effect.
