This course covers the basic design principles and tools for creating multimedia components used in web-based systems; use of tools to create and edit graphics, sounds, and animations to be used in multimedia presentations. Prerequisite: A minimum grade of "C"
Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to:
1. Define appropriate contextual uses for a variety of multimedia elements.
2. Develop, analyze, and edit digital media elements.
3. Demonstrate 2D Image Manipulation.
